Terms of Use
Effective Date: May 12, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Med AI, including our app, website, medication reminder tools, refill tracking, caregiver features, medication history, summaries, reports, and support services. By using Med AI, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Med AI. If you use Med AI on behalf of another person, you represent that you have permission to manage or support that person's medication information.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, controlling access to your device, and promptly updating medication, reminder, refill, and caregiver information when it changes.
Use of the Services
Med AI is intended to help organize medication-related information. You agree to use Med AI lawfully, responsibly, and only for its intended purposes. You remain responsible for confirming medication instructions, dosage, timing, refills, and medical decisions with qualified healthcare professionals.
Medication Reminders and Notifications
Medication reminders depend on information you enter and on device settings, notification permissions, internet connection, battery mode, operating system behavior, and other factors outside Med AI's control. Med AI does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered, seen, or acted upon.
Refill Tracking and Reports
Refill tracking, medication history, weekly summaries, and doctor-ready reports are organizational tools. They may be incomplete or inaccurate if information entered into Med AI is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should verify all information before using it for appointments, pharmacy conversations, or caregiver review.
Shared Care and Caregiver Features
Caregiver and shared care features are optional. If you invite another person, you are responsible for choosing trusted recipients and reviewing what they can access. Caregiver features are supportive only and do not replace direct medical care, professional monitoring, or emergency services.
User Content and User Information
You are responsible for the medication details, notes, images, schedules, refill information, caregiver settings, and other information you add to Med AI. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that information.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Med AI, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate the rights of others, use Med AI for unlawful purposes, or rely on Med AI as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
Intellectual Property
Med AI, including its design, features, branding, text, graphics, software, and related materials, is owned by Med AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Med AI.
Third-Party Services and App Stores
Med AI may be distributed through third-party app stores or may rely on third-party services for hosting, notifications, analytics, or support. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and policies from those third parties.
Subscription or Paid Features if Applicable
If Med AI offers paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases, pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase or through the applicable app store. App store refund policies may apply.
Disclaimers
Med AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Med AI is not a doctor, pharmacist, emergency medical service, or healthcare provider. Med AI does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, recommend treatment, provide dosage instructions, or replace professional medical advice.
Always follow instructions from your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider. Review the Medical Disclaimer for additional medical limitations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med AI and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on reminders, refill estimates, reports, shared care updates, or user-entered information.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Med AI if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the service, or if continued access is not commercially or legally practical. You may stop using Med AI at any time.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of Med AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where Med AI operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless local law requires otherwise.
