Not Medical Advice
Med AI is not a doctor, pharmacist, emergency service, healthcare provider, or medical device. Med AI is for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication safety decisions, dosage instructions, or side effect guidance.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Med AI does not replace doctors, pharmacists, nurses, caregivers, or other licensed healthcare professionals. Always consult qualified professionals for diagnosis, treatment, dosage, side effects, interactions, medication changes, or any medical decision.
Medication Reminders Are Organizational Tools
Medication reminders can help you organize a routine, but they may not always be delivered or noticed. Reminder reliability can depend on device settings, notification permissions, internet connection, battery mode, operating system behavior, and information you enter.
Refill Tracking Is Informational
Refill tracking and refill awareness are estimates based on information you provide, such as medication quantity, remaining supply, and dose schedule. Always check your actual medication bottle, pharmacy records, prescription label, and healthcare instructions.
Caregiver Features Are Supportive Only
Caregiver and shared care features are intended to help trusted people stay informed. They do not create professional monitoring, emergency response, clinical supervision, or a duty for Med AI to identify or prevent missed doses or medication problems.
Doctor-ready Reports Are for Review and Organization
Doctor-ready PDF reports, medication lists, dose history, and weekly summaries are designed to organize information for review. You should check all reports for accuracy before sharing them with a doctor, pharmacist, caregiver, or family member.
Emergencies
Med AI is not designed for emergencies. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe reaction, overdose, dangerous symptom, or urgent health issue, call emergency services immediately.
No Provider-Patient Relationship
Use of Med AI does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, provider-patient, or other professional healthcare relationship between you and Med AI.
Accuracy and User Responsibility
You are responsible for entering, reviewing, and updating medication names, doses, schedules, refill quantities, caregiver sharing settings, and report information. Scanning or automated reading tools may be inaccurate, especially if labels are blurry, damaged, poorly lit, or difficult to read.
Limitation of Reliance
Do not rely solely on Med AI to make medication decisions or determine whether a medication was taken, missed, skipped, safe, effective, or appropriate. Confirm important information with your medication label, pharmacy, doctor, or other licensed healthcare provider.
