Reminders and notifications
We can help troubleshoot reminder setup, notification permissions, app settings, battery settings, and device settings that may affect whether reminders appear.

We can help with caregiver invitations, shared access, permission settings, and understanding what information is visible to trusted connections.
Refill tracking
We can help explain how refill awareness is calculated from the information you enter. Refill tracking is an estimate and should be checked against your bottle, pharmacy records, and healthcare instructions.
Medication history and reports
We can help with medication history, weekly summaries, and doctor-ready PDF reports. Reports should be reviewed for accuracy before sharing with a doctor, pharmacist, caregiver, or family member.
Technical issues
Contact us if the app is not loading, a feature is not working as expected, a report will not generate, or you notice an issue that affects your experience.

What to Include in a Support Request
- The email address associated with your Med AI account, if applicable.
- Your device type, operating system version, and app version.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- Any relevant screenshots, with sensitive information removed if possible.
- Whether the issue involves reminders, caregiver sharing, refill tracking, reports, or account access.

We try to respond to support messages as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary based on volume, the complexity of the request, and whether we need additional information.
